| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大学生社会支持与孤独感关系。方法：采用社会支持和孤独感问卷。结果①性别对客观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分、孤独感体验和孤独总分有影响；②生源地对社会支持总分及各因子得分、孤独感总分及各因子得分无影响；③不同年级在社交能力评价、孤独感体验、人际关系评价和孤独总分上有差异；（岔孤独感各因子与社会支持各因子存在显著负相关。主、客观支持和支持利用度对孤独感具有预测效用。结论：大学生应充分利用社会支持来降低孤独感。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the relationship of college students＇ social support and loneliness. Method： College students were tested by SSRS and College students l_~neliness Questionnaire. Results： （1）There are differences in objective social support, using social support ,total points of social support, loneliness experience,total points of loneliness between male and female. （2）No differences were found in Social Support and loneliness between urban and rural students. （3）There are differences among grades on assessment of communicate competence, loneliness experience, assessment of interpersonal relationship, total points of loneliness. （4） Significant negative correlation exists between social support and loneliness. Subjective social support, objective social support and using social support could predict loneliness. Conclusion College students should make good use of social support to reduce loneliness. |
