| 摘 要： | 【目的】了解中国科技人员在国内外发表论文情况，为各级管理部门提供决策依据。【方法】采用国际权威检索数据库《科学引文索引》(SCI) 、《工程索引》(Ei)、《会议录引文索引》(CPCI-S，原ISTP)、Scopus数据库、《医学索引》（Medline）和《社会科学引文索引》（SSCI）以及中国科学技术信息研究所1987年开始建立的《中国科技论文与引文数据库》（CSTPCD）数据，对中国科技论文数量、学科和地区分布、基金项目论文、国际合著论文、卓越科技论文和社会科学论文情况进行统计分析。【结果】据SCI数据，2015年中国作者共计发表29.68万篇论文，连续第七年排在世界第2位，仅次于美国；2006年至2016年（截至2016年9月）,中国论文共被引用1489.85万次，与2015年统计时比较，数量增加了15.7%，连续三年排在世界第4位；中国平均每篇论文被引用8.55次，比上年度统计时提高了5.0%，但仍低于世界平均值11.5次/篇。【结论】中国科技论文数近几年来迅速增长，论文的影响力提升速度也相对较快，就论文的篇均被引数看，与世界平均值相比还有较大差距。
