| 摘 要： | 农民技术培训是一项长期而艰巨的历史任务,任何形式的农民技术培训,都必须根据农民的特点、农村的实际、不同职业对从业人员的基本要求,精心设计培训计划,科学编制培训内容,合理安排培训时间,灵活选择培训方法,提高培训的针对性、适用性和有效性.本文从《浙江省2004年山区海岛特色畜牧业建设项目》农民技术培训的实践中,总结出农民技术培训目前所面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | Peasant's technical training is a long-term and arduous historical task.The technical training of peasants of any kinds must follow peasants' characteristic,reality of the countryside,the basic demand of employees of different jobs,and design the training plan meticulously,work out the training content scientifically,arrange training time rationally,choose the training method flexibly,and raise the pertinence,suitability and validity of the train.This paper summarizes the problems peasant's technical training are facing at present,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the practice of peasant's technical training of " the special animal husbandry construction project in the mountain and the island area of 2004 in Zhejiang Province ",in order to be as reference to the relevant technological training of peasant. |
