摘    要:随着全球化的加快,企业面对的环境呈现前所未有的多变和复杂。为了生存与发展.企业不得不进行深层次的组织变革。如何减少变革中的失误,促进成功的变革,成为企业进一步发展的关键。本文以卡明斯等人提出的计划变革的总模式为主要理论依据,通过“进入和签约”、“诊断”、“计划和实施变革”、“评估变革并使其制度化”四个步骤,探讨公司在进行变革时应注意的问题,并结合案例进行进一步探索。以求能对公司未来的变革提供帮助.并给其他将要和正在进行组织变革的公司提供一些借鉴和参考。

Abstract:With the acceleration of globalization, the circumstance that an enterprise faces has become more and more complex. In order to survive and develop,the business enterprise has to carry on the deep change. Accordingly, how to develop further? The key points must be utilizing advanced theory adequately, reducing the misplay in change, and promoting success of change. The thesis is based on the General Models of Planned Change of Cummings et al. Passing by four steps: "Entering and Contracting", "Diagnosing", "Planning and Implementing Change", "Evaluating and Institutionalizing Change", we discuss the matter which should be heeded in the change, and explore it with a case. It is hoped that the thesis will bring a positive effect to the enterprise.
