| Abstract: | Culture and humanistic quality education is of vital importance in the English teaching. The quality of the normal university teachers is the key factor in carrying out the policy of those kinds of education. Only by the fine spirit of cooperation in the process of class education between teachers and students can the profound Chinese and western culture and humanistic quality of the students be enhanced. |
