| 摘 要： | 关爱学生是教师首要的基本的心理品质，是对学生进行素质教育的巨大的力量。教师对学生的爱是公正的、理智的，是严格要求与循循善诱相结合的，具有爱的自觉性、原则性、普遍性、持久性等特征。其爱的具体内容包括：正确的“学生观”，真心实意地关心学生，严格要求学生（寓爱于严），尊重和信任学生等。这种关爱，是开启心扉的钥匙，是学生个性发展的引路灯塔。
