| 摘 要： | 中小企业一直以来都是我国经济社会发展的重要推动力，在促进科学技术创新、吸纳城镇农村剩余劳动力、创造经济价值等方面都做出了至关重要的贡献。但是，次贷危机后，各商业银行严格控制企业尤其是中小企业的贷款额，中小企业融资越发艰难，这严重阻碍了中小企业的健康发展。虽然各级政府和金融管理机构积极采取各项措施激励其发展，但结果收效甚微。该文对安徽省中小企业融资情况进行分析，找出中小企业信贷配给的原因，并提出相应的缓解对策，以降低我国中小企业信贷配给程度，完善其发展环境，促进中小企业乃至整个国民经济的发展。

| Abstract: | In our country, SMEs are always an important driving force for economic and social development, making a great contribu-tion to the promotion of scientific and technological innovation, absorption of surplus labor in urban and rural areas, creation of economic value and so on. However, after the subprime mortgage crisis, every commercial bank tightens its control on the amount of loans for enter-prises, especially for SMEs, which makes it more and more difficult for SME＆#39;s to get financing. This seriously prevents SMEs from develop-ing healthily. Although the governments at all levels and financial administrative organizations take every measure to stimulate the develop-ment of SMEs, the result is very poor. This paper makes an analysis of the financing situation of SMEs in order to find out the reasons for credit rationing of SMEs in Anhui Province. Finally, it proposes some mitigating measures to lower the tension of credit rationing for SMEs, perfect their developing environment and promote the development of SMEs as well as the whole national economy. |
