我国中等职业教育督导评价的困境、内容和发展方向

摘    要:我国中等职业教育督导评价应该关注的核心内容包括上级政府制定的职业教育政策与规划的执行情况、职业教育的条件与保障措施、政府的管理与监督职能、职业教育的质量与效果评价。在未来发展中,我国职业教育督导评价应该走督政与督学相结合的发展道路;注重专业化,鼓励多主体参与;增强权威性和科学性,注意灵活性和有效性;强调督导的服务性、民主性和公开性。

Abstract:The core contents of supervision and evaluation of secondary vocational education in China should focus on im. plementing situation of vocational education policy and plan formulated by government of higher levels,conditions and safe. guard measures of vocational education,government’s function of management and supervision as well as quality and ef. fect evaluation of vocational education.In the future development,the supervision and evaluation of vocational education in China should integrate government and school inspector,focus on professionalism and encourage more subjects to join in evaluation,enhance the authority and scientifity as well as pay attention to flexibility and effectiveness,highlight ser. vice,democracy and openness of supervision.
