| 摘 要： | 实验技术队伍建设在实验教学、科学研究、人才培养和实验室管理中起着重要的作用,建设一支水平高又稳定的实验技术队伍是建设一流实验室的基础条件。该文针对高校实验技术队伍建设中普遍存在的师资力量短缺、实验技术队伍不稳定、考核不完善等问题进行具体分析,并以此为基础,从优化队伍结构、人员培训、考核、职称评定等方面提出了加强高校实验技术队伍建设的政策建议,以提高实验技术队伍的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Laboratory technicians play an important role in experimental teaching,scientific research,personnel training and laboratory management.The construction of a competent and stable technician team is the basis for the construction of a first-class laboratory.In this paper,the problems in college laboratory technican team construction were specifically analyzed.Based on this,suggestion were made that policy-making in universities should be related to the optimization of personnel structure,training,evaluation,job classification and other aspects in the construction of the laboratory technician team,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of laboratory technicians. |
