永磁同步电机伺服仿真系统关键技术研究

摘    要:针对学生对永磁同步电机伺服系统的学习难于做到理论与实践相结合的问题,设计了永磁同步电机参数全部开放的仿真系统,其中永磁同步电机的模型根据矢量解耦的公式用Simulink的模块建立。介绍了永磁同步电机仿真模型的搭建方法和以经典控制理论为基础的各个环节的控制方法。仿真结果验证了系统设计的正确性。该系统具有良好的开放性,学生可以通过对仿真系统的学习深入理解理论学习的内容,学生研究的各种算法可以方便地移植到仿真系统中进行验证。

Abstract:An open simulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed to solve the problem that is difficult to achieve a combination of theory and practice when students study PMSM servo system.The simulation model of PMSM structures and the usage of control methods are described based on classical control theory.The simulation results verify the correctness of this system.With a good open of parameters,students can learn through the simulation system to further understand the learning theory,and can verify a variety of algorithms transplanted to the simulation system easily.
