| Abstract: | The corporation of Japanese national universities was implemented on April 1st,2004,which influenced higher education and national universities gravenessly.The main content of this policies included the idea and frame of Japanese national university corporation;the process of law established and discussion;the frame,features and problems of turning national universities into corporation;and the trend toward incorporation of national universities in Japan. |
