| 摘 要： | 伟大的创业实践，需要有伟大的创业精神。高原精神的基本内涵是坚定执着、始终不渝的革命信念，无私奉献、勇于开拓的进取精神，自力更生、艰苦奋斗的创业精神，以市场经济为特征的价值取向等。高原精神之所以称之为科学精神，就在于其科学内涵在青海社会主义建设实践中获得了科学的理论把握，并成为社会价值评判的标准和推动青海现代化建设事业的重要精神支柱。

| Abstract: | The essence of the spirit of Qinghai-Tibet plateau includes faith in revolution,devotion to the people,dependence on oneself and market-oriented value,etc.The reason that the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau's spirit is called scientific spirit is its theoretical master in the practice of the socialist building in Qinghai.And it will become the most important spiritual support during the course of Qinghai modernization. |
