| 摘 要： | 高校应该是创新精神的沃土和温床,而在一定学术氛围与竞争气氛中进行的科研活动则是创新精神的催化剂和加速器。我国高校科研的创新精神与其地位及所负厚望渐行渐远,甚至有丧失独特的、创新的能力的危险。问题的根源主要在于我国高校科研导向在行政化的管理体制下日渐功利化,失去了其应有的使命感。挽救高校科研使命导向的缺失是当前高等教育制度改革的一个重要方面。
