| 摘 要： | 我国近代职业教育师资培养体制经历从无到有、从单一到多元、从重数量到数量质量并重、从无序到有序的艰难、曲折的发展历程,它为近代以来我国职业教育发展提供了重要的师资支撑,但其存在的问题也值得我们去深入探讨和反思。
