中小学教师专业伦理现状调查

摘    要:教师职业的专业化,要求教师具备与之相匹配的专业伦理。笔者通过对全国十多个省市中小学教师的调查发现,中小学教师专业伦理总体状况较好,但也存在一些问题。突出表现在:为学生服务的质量尚需提高;与同事的团结有待加强;与家长的合作欠深入、平等;不善于坚持专业判断;对社会(社区)没有尽专业之职责;对专业集体的责任履行不很充分。为此,本文建议要着力构建中小学教师专业伦理规范,注重一体化的中小学教师专业伦理教育,并加强中小学教师专业伦理修养方法教育。

Abstract:The professionalization of teacher requires teachers of professional ethics in accordance with it. The author has investigated teachers in primary & secondary schools in more than ten provinces and some problems are found in professional ethics of teachers in primary & secondary schools, such as, the quality of the service for students should be improved, the solidarity among colleagues should be reinforced, the collaboration with paterfamilias is somewhat superficial and unequal, professional judgement can't be insisted efficiently, the professional duty to the society isn't to the greatest extent and the responsibility to the professional party is not performed enough. In view of these, the construction of professional ethics code, the attention to the integrative education of professional ethics and the reinforcement of the method education of cultivation of teachers in the primary & secondary schools is suggested.
