| 摘 要： | 多元文化强调文化的平等性和对异文化的尊重与交流，但现代教育发展的公共性、功利性和评价标准的统一性却形成和强化了教育中强势文化对弱势文化的融合与吞并。要想真正实现多元文化的理想，就必须充分发挥教育的作用，以促进各种文化通过不断创新来改变其在文化环境中的弱势地位。

| Abstract: | The public,utilitarianist and general nature of modern education has been characterized by assimilation of minor cultures by the mainstream cultures.In order to have a truly multicultural environment,the roles of education must be brought into full play to renew various minor cultures so that they will evolve out of their weak positions to become more influential. |
