| 摘 要： | 将脆弱度评价引入到企业危机管理领域中,阐述了企业危机管理脆弱度的概念及评价内容,提出全要素危机管理脆弱度的指标体系,并构建了危机管理脆弱度的评价模型。为企业加强危机管理体系建设,提高企业的抗风险能力提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the theory of vulnerability assessment in crisis management.After the introduction of the concept and evaluation content of crisis management vulnerability,an index system of total factor crisis management vulnerability is proposed,and an evaluation model is constructed.It provides a scientific evidence for enterprises to strengthen the construction of crisis management system and improve anti-risk ability. |
