| 摘 要： | 职业岗位针对性强是高等职业教育最基本的特征,因此,高职院校应以人才市场为导向,在办学理念、专业设置、教学计划、课程设计、教学方法、校企合作、师资队伍建设等方面进行深入的改革,加强职业岗位能力的培养,发展学生的全面素质,主动适应社会发展的要求。

| Abstract: | The basic characteristic of the higher vocational education is the orientation of the job posts.Therefore,the higher vocational colleges must orient their work to the job markets,and take further reformation in the aspects of ideas of schools,arrangements of the majors,teaching plans,courses designs,teaching approaches and the cooperation between enterprises and the schools,the construction of the teachers' team.Furthermore,they must strength the cultivation of the abilities of the students' vocational posts,and develop their comprehensive qualities in order to adapt to the requirements of the development of the society initiatively. |
