| Abstract: | With university's enlarging the scale of student-recruitment,new condition and new problem that ideological and political education of the college students have brought. How to adapt to the new situation and make the work supervisory, the scientific standard, the revolution to be intense but orderly highly effective, becomes a outstanding problem in front of the team of the manages of college students. According to the contemporary college students thought political work fact, we proposed must pay special attention to the network construction, working out rules and regulations and the working method developing simultaneously work mentality which the student manages. |
