| 摘 要： | 通过采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自我效能感的五维度心理结构问卷,对812名高职学生进行的职业决策自我效能感与心理健康状况相关性的调查研究表明:高职学生的职业决策自我效能感越高,其心理健康水平越好。因此,在高职院校开展心理健康教育时应注重培养学生的职业决策自我效能感,这是提高学生心理健康水平、预防心理疾病的有效途径之一。
