| 摘 要： | 反思是教师成长不可缺少的品质,具有实践性、批判性、内在性、持续性的特点。在当前新课改背景下,尤其需要教师在专业成长中细细品味反思性分析的真谛,掌握有效的反思性分析方法,追寻教学生命的本真意义。反思性分析作为推动教育有效运转的核心动力,不仅是教师教学生命力的基本保障,而且是教师专业成长不可或缺的特质。
