教学的智慧与智慧的教学——以化学学科为例

摘    要:教学的智慧,核心是智慧,是指教师内在综合素质与策略性教学知识的总和。智慧的教学,核心是教学,是指教师的教学智慧在教学实践中运用、生成与创造的过程。化学教学的智慧体现在给予学生思想与灵魂的引领与启迪、对事业和学生的热爱、独特的人格魅力与化学教学艺术、整体的专业化素质,善于将教学经验策略化、化学教学知识组织与运用的结构化、自动化和条件化、完善的元认知知识和创造性的洞察力等方面;智慧的化学教学的实现在于科学地教学、艺术地表现和机智地发挥。
