| 摘 要： | 天然气作为新兴的能源产业,受到了各方的广泛关注,也被认为将是石油的替代能源,建立天然气储备将有利于缓解石油储备的压力.天然气储备的优越条件主要讲述了天然气的成本优势、与石油的替代性、地域安全性、发展前景;建立天然气储备面临的问题与对策主要讲述了储气库的选择与储气设施的建设、目前储备工作的紧迫形势、技术进步、政策倾斜三个方面的内容,力求能够全面地阐述建立天然气储备的重要性和经济性,以期能够为国家在此方面提供辅助. |

| Abstract: | National petroleum reserves work began a little later than theirs, however, it develops quickly. Unfortunately, the country confronts with a serious problem-high oil price which make the country has to pay high cost for our petroleum reserves. As a new energy industry, natural gas gained more and more attentions. And what's more it is looked as a new energy substitution for petroleum. The setting of natural gas reserves will reduce the pressure of petroleum reserves. This article has two parts, first part mainly expatiate the advantages of natural gas reserves from four aspects: cost advantage of natural gas, the substitution for petroleum, region security, his development foreground; the second part lay focus on the questions of the natural gas reserves will face and suggestions for them from four aspects: the selections and constructions of gas storages, the situation of building natural gas reserves, technical advance, policies. All these aspect hope to give help to set up national natural gas reserves |
