| 摘 要： | 大学生体育学习不仅仅着眼于运动技术的范围，考虑到终身体育观念的确立和价值追求，还应对学生的心智发展施加影响，体育理论教育可以充分发挥这种作用。大学生体育理论教育现存的问题有几方面：①教学内容的随意性；②体育理论教育的目的性不够明确；③对体育理论教育的价值认识不足。为此，本文提出4点对策：①强调体育规律的理论讲解；②培养大学生综合运用体育知识和理论的能力；③破陈式，注重体育新理论和新观点的融合与充实；④改变单一的教学模式，引进讨论班教学形式。

| Abstract: | Considering the establishment of life-long sports idea and value, students physical education cannot be limited in the scope of sport techniques, instead, it sforld affect the development of students' mind. In this regard sports theoretical education can play an important role.The problems existing in sports thetical education indude: 1) the randomnas of teaching contents; 2) the ambiguos purposes of the education; 3) the scant knowledge of the values of the education. In this paper, four stratedes are put forward to deal with those problems: 1) to attach more importance to the theoretical explanation of sports laws; 2) to train students' ability of comrehensively applving sports knowledge and theories; 3) to break banal concepts, introducing new sports theories and idase; 4) to replace out-dated teacfung fashions with the seminar, a new teaching model. |
