| 摘 要： | 将项目管理的理论、技术以及应用软件应用到办公室的具体工作中,是用科学发展观思想指导办公室工作的具体体现,对于提高办公室的工作效率,更好地发挥其职能具有现实的意义。办公室搬家是办公室中具有代表性的工作实例,通过对办公室搬家进行管理,进而指导工作,可以有效地展示项目管理软件对于实现办公室工作科学化、精细化、上水平等方面的重要意义。
