| 摘 要： | 知识产权概念中"知识"的含义是"创造".知识与载体不同于形式与质料,知识与栽体是两个不同的事物,而形式与质料则是同一个事物的两个阶段或两个方面."知识的本质是形式"是个假命题.信息与知识的关系是包含与被包含关系.
