| 摘 要： | 同是新闻出版类期刊，却在遵循不同的参考文献编排规范、著录标准，那么究竟应该以哪个为范本，哪个为标准呢？这是个值得探讨进而统一的问题。造成这种“标准不统一，规范不标准”现状的原因很多，我们建议：1.新闻出版类期刊应遵循一个统一的编辑标准，以示所有期刊编辑之范本；2.更新观念，强化编辑规范化意识；3.加强学习规范，正确区分参考文献与文中注释，避免混淆与重复引用；4.即使在暂时没有统一规范标准的情况下，至少同一本期刊应前后统一格式，统一规范。

| Abstract: | There exist different editing regulations and standards in different periodicals. There are many causes to this. Which one shall we abide by? This paper proposes that the periodicals should have a common standard, people should strengthen the sense of regulated editing, the notes and the bibliography should be distinguished and at least the same periodical should adopt the same style if there is no regulation to abide by nowadays. |
