基矛RS-485通信的均质机的控制系统设计

摘    要:重点介绍了基于RS-485通信技术的均质机的控制系统设计,具体包括PLC程序设计,电气控制以及人机界面的控制等。控制系统使用三菱PLC作为控制系统的核心部件,并采用温度模块和模拟量模块,模块互相之间使用RS-485进行通信,实现温度实现自动控制。上位机使用三菱人机界面,可以通过人机界面进行所有的启停操作、转速等参数的设定操作。控制系统可以监视所有阀门状态、温度和转速的运行参数。设备有运行稳定、维修方便、劳动强度低等优点,已经在企业成功使用了多年。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the homogeneous equipment control system design based on the RS -485 communication technology, including the PLC programming, electrical control and HMI control. The control system uses the Mitsubishi PLC control system as the core components, and the temperature module and the analog module, module communicate using RS -485 execute the automatic control. The Mitsubishi HMI can switch opera- tion, speed and other parameters set operation. The control system can monitor all the valve switch state, tempera- ture and speed. The apparatus has stable running, convenient maintenance and repair, low labor strength; the sys- tem has been successfully used for many years in the enterprise.
