摘    要:现代市场竞争实质上是企业核心竞争力之间的较量,企业要想在激烈的竞争中把握主动权,获得竞争优势,必须具备强大的核心竞争力。而企业文化是企业生存和发展的基石,是企业构建核心竞争力的重要因素。

Abstract:The modem market competition is essentially a contest between the core competitiveness of en-terprises. In order to take the initiative in the fierce competition to gain a competitive advantage, enterpri-ses must have strong core competitiveness. The enterprise culture is the cornerstone of the survival and de-velopment of enterprises, an important factor for enterprises to build the core competitiveness.
