高职院校服务文化的构建

摘    要:高职院校应建立起以服务教师在校企合作中建功立业、学生在工学结合中成长成才、学校在文化建设中做大做强为核心理念的服务文化,以提升高职院校的服务水平,彰显高职教育的服务个性,培植师生的人文精神。高职院校服务文化的构建,必须树立现代服务理念,增强服务至上的文化自觉,做好服务文化的战略规划和战术实施,强化服务文化的内涵建设。

Abstract:To promote the service, embody the character of serving people and cultivate the humanism of students and teachers, vocational colleges should establish the core concept of service which helps teachers to make achievements in the school-enterprise cooperation, students to grow up in the combination of work and study and school to be bigger and stronger in the culture construction. In doing so, vocational colleges should set up a modern service concept, enhance the service-oriented awareness, make a plan, put it into effect and strengthen the construction of service culture.
