| 摘 要： | 通识教育日益引起地方高校关注，但由于存在通识教育理念和指导思想不很明确、课程结构化程度低等问题，我国地方高校尚未建立起一套行之有效的通识教育课程体系，影响了通识教育作用的发挥。针对存在问题，从通识教育的理论基础和目标、课程设计的基本思路、主要原则、整体结构、主要内容、具体形式、教学方式和评价等方面提出了通识教育课程规划与设计的基本思路。
