| 摘 要： | 图书馆蕴藏着大量的文献信息,积累了丰富的读者利用文献信息的数据,如何挖掘和利用这些宝贵资源来进一步提高图书馆服务水平?智能代理不仅能够充分利用好这些数据,且能把各个图书馆的云数据联结起来,以增强读者的服务能力。文章介绍了智能代理的体系结构,重点介绍智能代理在书目查询系统中各功能模块的作用和实现。
