| Abstract: | As a short term policy emerged when the situation demands,the active fi nancial pol icy has been implemented for five years in our country,and is still continuing n ow in 2003.Transforming short term policy into medium and long term policy is a new taste i n our country.This article elaborates the significance of the active financial p olicy from the background of its performance.It also summarizes the achievements in t he implementation of the active financial policy and fully affirms its promoting function in the national economy. |
