| 摘 要： | 热回收捣固焦炉是在国外热回收焦炉基础上改进而成的，由于国内外近几年都大大提高了废气排放标准，对焦炉环境治理要求非常高，这就增加了焦化厂的建设投资和生产操作成本，而且炼焦过程中的污染物相当部分是由煤气净化过程中产生的，所以采用热回收焦炉是解决炼焦环保问题的有效途径之一。同时为节约能源，利用焦炉煤气燃烧后产生废气的余热发电。此篇论文主要从以上几方面论证了热回收捣固式炼焦炉炼焦的优势，同时提出了该炉型目前存在的一些问题和解决措施，并最终说明了它在我国发展的可行性。

| Abstract: | The thermal recovery stamp-charging coke coven is produced through improving the thermal recovery coke over from local and abroad, Since the waste gas emission standand the environmental control requirement for coke oven has been raised in recent severy years, the construction investment for coke oven plant and operation cost have been increased, It is one of the effective ways for resolving the cokemaking environmental problem to adopt the thermal recovery coke oven, for a quite of pollutants during cokemaking are made out of gas purification process. At the same time, in order to save enery , we can take advantage of waste gas heat after coke gas combustion to generate power,This thesis demonstrates the advantage of thermal recovery stamp-charging coke oven cokemaking mainly from above-montioned repects, and puts forward some existing problems and their solutions of this kind of oven, finally proves, the feasibitity of this kind of oven. |
