摘 要: | 教育券是由美国经济学家米尔顿.弗里德曼于20世纪50年代首先提出,后传入我国,并在浙江长兴、湖北监利得到实行。本文主要通过对浙江长兴和湖北监利教育体制实行教育券制度改革进行考察,提出教育券对我国基础教育体制改革的积极影响,并提出现阶段在我国实施教育券制度还需要注意的几个问题。

Pushing Education Voucher System and Deepening Basic Education System Reformation |

Abstract: | The theory of "educational Voucher " is put forward by American economist Milton Friedman in the 1950's.After it is introduced in China,it is practiced in Changxing of Zhejiang Province and in Jianli of Hubei Province.The article investigates educational practice in Changxing and Jianli,and puts forwards the positive influence of "educational voucher" on the basic education system and several problem which should be care in the educational voucher system's implementing at the present stage. |
