| 摘 要： | 通过技术预见来选择能产生最大经济与社会效益的战略研究领域,对促进地区经济增长,实现社会和谐发展,有着十分重要的意义.以青岛市高技术产业优先发展领域的技术预见为例,采用统计分析法和综合指数评价法对德尔菲调查问卷信息进行了分析评价,结论是:电子信息、海洋科技、生物医药、新材料、资源综合利用与环境保护领域分别排在前五位.通过青岛市技术预见的实证研究,就如何充分发挥技术预见的作用以促进高技术产业发展提出了几点建议.
