| 摘 要： | 新的社会经济环境对少数民族地区财务管理提出了新的要求。为此民族院校财务管理专业的培养目标应随着做出相应的预测性调整，将其定位于培养民族经济需要的人才的市场上。本文通过对该专业学生面临的问题入手，提出了通过分解目标，分流教学，妥善构建课程体系，培养具有民族特色的高素质的财务管理人才的构想。

| Abstract: | New social economic enviromnent products new requirement to financial management major of minority nationality area. In the result, the training aim of financial management major of nationality university should adjust previously with changing, put it in the market of talent who nationality economy needs From the questions which the students faced, the article point out the image that divide aim; divide teaching; construct subjects system, train talent who own the high quality and have the nationality characteristic. |
