| 摘 要： | 受某些客观因素的影响，近年来我区高等师范院校大学生的意志品质呈现出下降的趋势，怕苦怕累，缺乏进取精神的现象日趋严重。为此，本文通过探讨高校体育教育的功能和特点，结合当代大学生的实际，研究培养和提高学生意志品质的途径和方法，以供讨论。

| Abstract: | In recent years, for some reasons, the students＇ volitional quality at college presents a declination. Lacking of enterprising spirits is becoming more and more serious. Considering current college student＇ s situation, the author tries to do research on the approach of developing and improving student＇ s volitional quality by discussing the function and specialty of college physical education. |
