| 摘 要： | 高校安全管理面临形势复杂但又意义重大,要做好高校尤其是学生群体的安全管理,必须以预防为主,加强大学生安全教育,增强大学生安全防范意识,提高大学生自我保护能力。高校要以校园安全管理体制建设为出发点、以思想政治教育为切入点、以多层次多样化的活动为载体进一步加强大学生安全教育。安全管理部门应以＂系列化、品牌化＂,＂点线面、多层次＂,＂良性互动、和谐发展＂的思路策划组织安全教育活动,提高大学生安全教育的实效。

| Abstract: | Although facing with sophisticated situations, the university safety administration is of great significance. In order to do well in the university safety administration, particularly of collage students, it is necessary to put pre- vention first, strengthen college students＇ safety education, enhance their safety awareness and improve thier self- protective ability. Meanwhile, universities are expected to take the construction of campus safety administration sys- tem as starting point, choose ideological and political education as breakthrough point, and carry out multi-layer and diversified activities as carriers so as to further enhance the safety education for collage students. Besides, the safety administration department should plan and organize its safety education activities following a train of thought based on the subject of ＂seriation and branding＂, ＂point-line-plane and multi-level＂ and ＂positive interaction and harmonious development＂, thus increasing the actual effect of safety education for collage students. |
