关于诺尔斯成人教育学说论争的辨析

摘    要:诺尔斯借用alldragogy概念,以六个理论假设为基础创立成人教育学理论体系。其Andmgogy学说是西方学术史上对成人教育学理论体系构建的第一次尝试。诺尔斯的Andragogy学说一经推出,就在学术界引起广泛反响,由此引发了关于andrago科与pedagogy二元划分以及对Andmgogy学说定性问题的学术论争。本文认为,研究成人教育本身复杂的现泉比关注概念界定及概念种类归属是更为有意义的问题,将焦点集中于对成人学习问题的探索能丰富诺尔斯的Andragogy学说。
