| 摘 要： | 情事变更原则是现代各国处理合同问题的一项重要原则。很多国家都把情事变更作为合同解除的条件。情事变更原则的本质是维护合同自由。我国合同解除制度以维护合同自由为其指导思想。情事变更与解除合同的关系在于通过情事变更原则 ,严格限制一方当事人在情事发生变更后 ,滥用解除合同的权利。

| Abstract: | The principle of changed circumstances is one of the important principles dealing with contract problems in many countries. The essence of this principle is to defend the freedom of contract. It restrains a party concerned from abusing the termination right when circumstances change.The guideline of China's contract termination system is also to defend the freedom of contract. |
