| 摘 要： | 文化产业迅速成为各国经济增长的朝阳产业和支柱产业。在＂3＋5＂框架下,娄底以建设起点较高、重点突出、特色鲜明、功能综合的文化产业园为突破口来推动区域文化产业的发展,从而引导整个娄底经济的持续健康发展,既有重要的现实意义,又有现实的可能性。促进娄底文化产业发展的关键是围绕文化产业园建设整合区域人才资源,特别是要引导地方高校和民间文化艺术人才培训机构培养适合区域文化产业发展的应用创新型人才。

| Abstract: | Cultural industries rapidly becomeeach country sunrise industries and pillar industries for economic growth.Under ＂3＋5＂ framework,it is possible and important to keep a sustainable and healthy economic development by expand cultural industries in Loudi.We must build a cultural industry park with higher starting point,focused and distinctive features,and integrated function.The key to promote the development of cultural industries is integrating regional talent resources,in particular,guiding local universities and training institutions to train applicable and innovative talents. |
