| 摘 要： | 随着3G网络移动数据业务的发展,特别是网络传输质量和带宽的提升,为移动流媒体业务的发展提供了强大的技术保障.本文主要描述了移动流媒体业务在对连续的视频和音频信息经过编码处理后,经流媒体服务器,由移动终端通过移动网络来在线播放或下载后播放的过程.

| Abstract: | The 3g networks to move data business development,especially the transport network quality and the promotion of streaming media,to move the development of business has provided a strong technical support.this article mainly describes moving flows the media business on a series of video and audio information after the code,the streaming media,the mobile terminal server via a mobile network to the online play and download for the process. |
