| 摘 要： | 娄底市地处湘中腹地,旅游资源十分丰富,品位甚高,极具开发价值和开发前景。旅游观念滞后、资源开发粗放及设施配套不够是制约娄底旅游业发展的主要因素;确立＂旅游立市＂发展战略、全力打造旅游文化品牌、构建湘中旅游文化板块、加大旅游设施投入力度以及以服务提高旅游美誉度是娄底旅游文化的发展路径。

| Abstract: | Loudi City lies in the center of Hunan,being rich in tourism resources.Because of its highly grade,it extremely equips with being developed value and vision.That tourism ideas are backward,resources development is extensive and facilities are insufficient are restricting factors of Loudi tourism development.Establishing firmly ＂building the city based on tourism＂,creating all-out tourism cultural brand,constructing Xiangzhong tourism cultural block,enlarging the vigor of putting into tourism facilities and improving the good fame degree of tourism are the ways of Loudi tourism cultural development. |
