| 摘 要： | 人民币私募股权基金是一种新的投融资形式。湖南发展人民币私募股权基金有着重要的意义和良好的条件。为有效利用人民币私募股权基金,促进湖南经济稳健发展,应该：提高认识,努力创造条件为基金和企业的沟通搭建桥梁;拓宽私募股权资本的来源渠道;进行制度创新;通过学习海外私募股权投资基金的运作模式和操作规程,努力培养高素质私募股权投资人才。

| Abstract: | Private equity fund of RMB is a kind of new investment form.It is of important significance and good conditions to develop RMB private equity fund in Hunan.To utilize it effectively and promote Hunan economy to develop steadily and healthily,we should raise our knowledge,try our best to create conditions to build up a platform for the communication of the fund and enterprizes,innovate the systems and try our effort to train high quality talents of private equity investment by studying overseas working mode and rules of private equity investment fund. |
