| 摘 要： | 本文分别从产生背景、研究对象和研究方法等方面对内容分析和知识发现进行了比较研究，揭示了二者在隐性知识和信息预测等方面的异同，并认为随着网络技术的发展，二者将在网络数据分析中得到更为广泛的应用和结合。

| Abstract: | This article makes a comparative study of content analysis and knowledge discovery from their historic background, object of study and research method. Their differences and similarities in tacit knowledge research and information prediction are described. The article believes that with the development of network technology, they will be combined with each other more tightly and find wider applications in network data analysis. |
