酒店管理高等职业教育课程体系改革的探讨

摘    要:在对酒店管理专业社会人才需求进行预测和分析的基础上,安徽工业经济职业技术学院启动了酒店管理专业的“2 1”教学改革。本文介绍了该项改革的指导思想、培养目标、课程体系设置、实践教学、订单式教育。

Abstract:Based on analysis and prediction of talents need of restaurant management specialty in society,Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Industrial Economy has launched "2 1" teaching reform of restaurant management specialty.The article introduced the guidance thinking,cultivation objectives,curriculum system setup,practice teaching and orderring-form education of the reform.
