| 摘 要： | 诚信是大学生道德品质的基础，但处于转型期的大学生表现出了诸多的诚信认知和诚信行为的脱节。构建开放式大学生诚信档案是加强大学生诚信教育的有效手段，是高校德育的新途径。必须在实施理论教育的动态过程中，适时把握学生的诚信状态，将大学生人事档案作为个人诚信档案的载体，强化大学生诚信管理记录机制，合理规划大学生诚信档案的内容，完善开放式大学生诚信档案的建档管理，形成一整套完整科学的诚信档案管理机制。

| Abstract: | Faith is a foundation of university student's moral character,but the university students in transitional period showed a lot of out-of-joints in faith behavior.The effective means to open the university student's faith file,is the new ruote of university's moral eduction.It is necessary to hold students faith state in right time while implemenging the theory education in the dynamic course.University student's personal file should regarded as the carrier of the personal faith file to strengthen the university student's faith managing mechanism,to plan the contents of university student's faith file rationally,to improve the file management and to form a set of complete and scientific faith file management mechanism. |
