| 摘 要： | 在学校教育工作中,班级管理起到了至关重要的作用。教师是否能够有效的落实班级管理工作,将会直接决定学生的发展状态以及成长状态的好坏,也会关系到学校的教育成果。很多小学生都不具备较高的自我管理能力以及保护自身安全的能力,所以作为小学低年级的班主任,一定要做好全面的管理工作。
