情报研究团队定量考核分析

摘    要:当前情报研究工作普遍采用团队工作模式,如何对情报研究团队进行量化考核的问题亟待解决。探讨了情报研究团队考核的准则,将对情报研究团队考核分为对情报研究团队完成项目的考核和对情报研究团队成员的考核两部分,并针对这两部分分别提出了定量考核模型。

Abstract:Currently,information research work is usually teamwork.How to quantify evaluation work of information research team is the issue that must be resolved.In this paper,information research team evaluation critiria is discussed,and quantified evaluation work was divided into two parts.One is evaluating subjects which are completed by information research team,the other is evaluating the member of the information research team.This paper give some advices about quantified evaluation work against each part.
